Red's Hot:A version of our traditional Texas Style sauce kicked up a few degrees with hapenaros pappers. Great flavor, taste teh heat!

Memphis Style:A thick, hearty sauce with great flavor. Chipotle, Jalapeno and habeneros peppers make it extremely hot, will bring tears to your eyes!!

Texas Style :That "Big as Texas" barbecue flavor good and hearty, smoky, with a little heat, made with habeneros and jalepeno peppers 

N. Carolina Style:Based on traditional recipes of Eastern North Carolina distnctive bite of vinegar, light and spicy, great on pork or chicken.
